Visiting Us
All groups and visitors to FP Labs are expected to comply with the following requirements, restrictions, information, and recommendations. In the interest of safety and regulations, the following applies to all people who visit our manufacturing facility.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18 years old.
- Protective equipment must be worn on the production, maintenance, warehouse areas.
- Lab coats are provided and required at all times.
- Hairnets are provided and required at all times and must cover ears if earrings are present.
- Beard nets are provided required for visible facial hair and if facial piercings are present.
- Protective eyewear is provided and required at all times.
- No open toe or heeled shoes.
- Gloves must be worn to handle components, containers, caps, or any other materials.
Restrictions
- Proximity restrictions may apply to visitors with hanging necklaces or earrings and rings with stones-gems.
- No gum is allowed in the production, maintenance, warehouse, and shipping and receiving areas.
- Hats are not allowed over or under hairnets.
- Service animals are not allowed.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Photography/Video are not allowed unless prior approval is given.
- Smoking, alcohol and substances illegal under Federal law are not permitted on facility grounds.
- The presence of any weapons, including toy guns and swords, is strictly prohibited.
- No remote-controlled devices, such as drones, are allowed.
Information & Recommendations
- Wheelchair accessible but not provided.
- Protective equipment is not required in the pedestrian walkway between the main building entrance and employee breakroom.
- Earplugs are not required but are available.
In An Emergency
- Obey alarm signals and follow instructions from FP guide.
- If there is a fire or other reason to exit the building, please note the clearly marked closest exit and make your way to the exit and outside the building.
- If there are any individuals with limited abilities in your group, please assist them during this exit, or immediately advise your FP guide.
- When outside the building, please move at least 20 yards away from the building and assemble with your FP guide.
- First aid kits are available and clearly marked in all areas of the building.
These requirements are designed to keep visitors and staff safe while minimizing the potential for product contamination. We thank you for observing these rules while at FP Labs and Federal Package.
