Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18 years old.

• Protective equipment (PPE) must be worn on the production floor, warehouse, and labs.

  • Lab coats are provided and required at all times.

  • Hairnets and beard nets are provided and required at all times for hair over 1/8 inch.

  • Protective eyewear is provided and required at all times.

• No open-toe or heeled shoes per OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).

• Gloves must be worn to handle components, containers, caps, or other materials.

Restrictions

• Proximity restrictions may apply to visitors with hanging necklaces or earrings and rings with stones or gems.

• Hats are not allowed over or under hairnets.

• High heels are not allowed.

• Service animals are not allowed.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

• Photography/video are not allowed unless prior approval is given by FP Labs and Federal Package.

• Smoking, alcohol, and substances deemed illegal under Federal law are not permitted on facility grounds.

• The presence of any weapons, including toy guns and swords, is strictly prohibited.

• No remote-controlled devices, such as drones, are allowed.

Information & Recommendations

• Our facility is wheelchair accessible but not provided.

• Protective equipment (PPE) is not required in the office area or along the pedestrian walkway between the main building entrance and the employee breakroom.

• Earplugs are not required but are available.

In An Emergency

• Obey alarm signals and follow instructions from the FP Labs guide.

• If there is a fire or other reason to exit the building, please note the clearly marked closest exit and make your way to the exit and outside the building.

• If there are any individuals with limited abilities in your group, please assist them during this exit, or immediately advise your FP Labs guide.

• When outside the building, please move at least 20 yards away from the building and assemble with your FP Labs guide.

• First aid kits are available and clearly marked in all areas of the building.
