Federal Package is a great place to work! I started as a temporary employee, got hired a few months later, and can proudly say that I am the production manager now. In seven years, I have witnessed amazing growth in product development, this growth and investment has also been made in employees, infrastructure, and equipment.

Every time I walk through the facility I feel that I am in a clean and safe place. My manager is a great person to work for, he has greatly supported my career advancement.

When life put me and my family in an unfavorable health situation, the company supported us. The president and vice president as well as other coworkers followed up in a variety of ways.

During the pandemic, Federal Package supported all families by granting employees their pay in case they got sick. The company did that for over a year. They also took many precautions in order to keep everyone safe at work.

I feel appreciated and that I am of value here. Hard work is recognized at Federal Package.

I enjoy working for Federal Package because of the positive work environment. To me, this is a place I feel I can succeed. I feel I am challenged but given the correct amount of space to learn and lean on others to accomplish projects.

The thing I like most about working here is that every day is different. With such a wide range of machinery and products, there’s always something new to experience.

Federal Package understands my changing school schedule, which allows me to further my education and achieve my goals. They also allowed me to be part of all facets of the maintenance process since my first day, which exposed me to a wide range of systems. I work closely with other maintenance techs and members of all the different departments to get a complete understanding of manufacturing processes.

My favorite part about working here is the people. When we achieve goals, we celebrate as a team, and when we encounter challenges, we work together to overcome them.

The most rewarding part of working here is being able to design or implement new and improved ways of doing things that either streamline the production process or make it more reliable.
